Rule1 of forsen's twitch chat is the restriction of any and all kinds of complaints targeted towards the current selection of gameplay, any former gameplay or any planned future gameplay. A breach of rule 1 can result in a permaban. This includes the usage of the emote ResidentSleeper or similar emotes.

A chatter may type !rules in forsens twitch chat to view the rules of the stream. This prompts Snusbot to return the following message:

"Don't ask for next/other game. Don't say/imply/try to say racist stuff. Don't break Twitch ToS. Don't encourage others to break the Twitch ToS. Don't try to get forsen banned (or encourage others to do so). Jokes included. use !rule1 through !rule4 for more detailed rules."

Typing !rule 1 through !rule 4 gives a more detailed overview of the rule. Typing !rule1 prompts Snusbot to return the following message:

"Don't ask for next/other game. Don't spread excessive negativity about the stream ResidentSleeper".

"Thinking you're safe in..."

On 2018-01-15 at 18:49:48 forsen posted a message in his own offline chat, stating that no complainers are safe whether forsen is currently live or not. This later became a common forsen-related meta-meme-phrase where a chatter could type for example: "thinking you're safe in pajlada's offline chat LUL" or "thinking you're safe in youtube comments LUL", implying no place is safe from Forsen.

Coincidentally, none of the chatters seen in the message on the right are active in forsen's chat.
