In the video "Pobelter speaks about Starting a PRO Team with Forsen in Europe", Pobelter goes through how forsen approached him to join his NLC team, 4 SWINES & A BUM.

The reason why this all happened was because I responded to Forsen's tweet a while ago. [...] So I responded, of course, [with a tweet]:

hello forsen, I am a multiple time LCS champion, finals MVP, international representative for my region at Worlds and MSI. I have hit Challenger every single year this game has existed (on multiple servers, including EUW, Korea, and the Chinese super server), and am about to achieve 5role challenger soon. I have been spectating your Briar gameplay for quite some time with a watchful eye. We are also both represented by the same agency.... I believe our professional interests may be aligned. Please contact me if you need my assistance for your League of Legends project.

[and then we got together in DMs] and then he said we will be forming a team for NLC [...] I said I'm not really that interested like you know I'm in the USA. I'm not going to go over to EU and play there.

So, I said, "I'm sorry I'm not interested, but if you want any pointers or some coaching like that feel free to hit me up." and he said "I think you misunderstand me. Let's get on a phone call." So I was like, what the fuck? Okay. So then I hopped on a call with him on Discord and he said "Wait, are you streaming?" As if I would like stream our private phone call.

He said "Listen, I'm making a team for NLC. It's fine if you play from the USA. It's fine. How bad is the ping really?" he asked. So I went into practice tool and I checked on my EU account and you know, it's not that bad. I believe it was about 160 ping playing to Europe. And you know, I play on 60 ping or so every day anyways on my own server. So, what's the big difference really?

So, I said, "Are you sure there's really no one else you want for your team? I'm sure you could find some European player who, you know, may be playing with less than 160 ping." But he really sold me on to it. He said "Come on, join the team. Let's have some fun. I got Drututt putting together a roster." I said "Okay, you know what? Fuck it. I'm down."

Pobelter then goes on to describe how it's not a serious commitment, describing how it's only 1 game per week for 5 weeks and barely a scrim in between and an opportunity to collaborate with European streamers and maybe get EU viewers in return. He then describes how the team had difficulties finding a support player for several weeks, having 5 potential support players pull out in the last moment.

Apparently there's zero support players in Challenger or GM who are interested in playing for the team.

On the final day, 3 hours before roster lock, Drututt mentions that they maybe could Veigar v2 to play as support. Pobelter also mentions that @nickich is the team's support substitute.

Pobelter is a believer in the god gamer, claims forsen has potential for growth.

A lot of players, they hit their peak and they get stuck. But forsen, he continues to develop.
