Forsen started the playthrough the 25th of july on a saturday of MGS2, continuing from his previous MGS1 playthrough

despite the constant whinning, this proved to be much more challenging for the god gamer, as the introduction of new mechanics like Dodges, climbing and the improvement of the first person feature forced him to engange with the gameplay in more ways than one, as Kojimba made this game as retard-proof as possible

Below there's a direct comparasion between DSPgaming and Forsen playthrough stats

Note; Forsen playthrough started on hard while DSP was on normal

Intro

Forsen begins his playthrough starting on hardmode, which proved to be insanely difficult for the godgamer to decide, as he had to think for a solid 3 minutes and 35 seconds to decide which difficulty to go, even going as far as to google it.

During the next screen, forsen picks the radar type 2 (the radar will not work on alert mode) and not game over if discovered.

Tanker plant

During the intro Weebtacon explains to forsen the basics of using the codec and saving, this was futile as forsen ignores it and continues his refusal to use game mechanics to progress and adapt into the game.

Forsen Immediately starts the game by struggling with the controls, alerting a guard (despite the radar showing him exactly where the enemy is) he then proceeds to tank several bullets.

After this encounter he starts to question if you can shoot in first person and alerts yet another guard and finds another rat ion, and somehow manages to stay at 1hp and dying to reset

Entering the tanker, forsen somehow falls for the fake raven toy shadow that Kojimbo conveniently and obviously placed to troll the player, wasting a grenade and alerting the guards, in his attempt to escape, he crawls behind a box, closes a locker, throws a stun grenade and dies, wondering how he could a grenade alert the guards if there is no one in sight

Forsen after struggling to go by unnoticed, he starts to blame the game controls as he thinks its unfair for a reason no one knows, he then spends a long time fiddling with the controls to try and use the keyboard instead.

Moments later he finds an explosive trap, Weebtacon begins to explain to him the exact steps to diffuse the bombs and pass through without dying, Forsen ignores this not long after he finds the same explosive traps and shoots without thinking, He dies to the bombs 2 more times struggling to find the 3rd bomb detonation panels.

After Olga's fight, Forsen's habit of not paying attention to the radar and enemies line of sight starts to intensify even more as the game encourages the player to use the first person mode, this struggle with first person continues during the rest of the playthrough.

The game continues throwing situations where he's forced to play on first person, most notably in the hallway firefight where he must clear his way through the hallway, forsen main strategy is to tank every shot, hugging grenades and wasting rat ions while complaining how bad the gunplay actually is, despite being more or the same than MGS1

Forsen struggles with object permanence as he discovers soldiers still exist even if they're hiding

This fight takes him 2 tries

Afterwards forsen must take 3 pics of the new developed amphibious Metal Gear Ray, one from the front, one from the left and one from the right within a flexible 7 minute timer, this is the part Forsen must sneak behind a group of soldiers, however Forsen still refuses to use the soliton radar to know the enemies line of sight

Pair this with how forsen forgets he has a silent tranquilizer gun to get past the side guards much more easily without being spotted.

After looping a few times an advice god informs him that he needs to upload the images directly into the computer located at the right of the map, after 2 hours and 30 minutes he finally beats the tutorial.

Periodsen

MGS2 introduced a new mechanic where Snake/Raiden bleeds when taking a significant amount of damage leaving a trail of blood that enemies can spot and follow to find you, this was explained just at the beginning of the game by Weebacon, An advice Forsen ignored making this playthrough much harder, forming a meta around the blood looking like period blood

Olga fight

The Olga fight consists of shooting through narrow spaces where she can't shoot you back, She is supposed to be a introductory boss fight to the player to learn how to aim and to seek cover, However Forsen had previously lost almost all of his HP, making the fight unnecessarily harder with the added bleeding

Along with all these self-handicaps the Godgamer inflicted on himself, his refusal to play on the first person was also his main complaint throughout the fight, this goes on until Egosen finally gives in after a long controller cuck rant

His constant struggles with the controls continue on for most of the remaining playthrough. At this time Olga begins to throw grenades in the player's cover, this is easily avoidable using Snake's leap by running and jumping, however forsen tanks almost all of these grenades head on as he asks for advice on basic mechanics of the game and somehow misses a hidden Rat ion

Forsen continues horsing around the boss arena and tanking every hit until he finally beats her by bruteforcing each trade, Despite being a pregnant woman, Forsen still managed to struggle against her.

this fight took him 4 deaths

Losing to a staircase

Forsen alerted the guards and by trying to escape he seems unable to understand he can't dodge into a staircase, as that causes Snake to trip, However the Godgamer's attempts do not cease as he thinks he can outsmart the game, this causes him to believe there's a sniper in his copy of his game, this strategy did not work

He did tried this exactly 7 times, until he realizes the terrible, terrible mistake he's done and maxLevels using the wired bombs

Forsen gets discovered 58 times and dies 20 times during this chapter

Plant

The real game starts playing as Raiden, during a long exposition from the advice colonel Forsen must activate a terminal and input your information, Forsen uses the codename Forsen, with his place of birth being ????/12/16 and an Uganda as his nationality

After going to the back menu and redoing the whole intro, forsen alerted the guards and then had to manually kill them without using weapons as the elevator won't go up with guards inside of him, as they are not available at this time, he breaks their necks one by one.

After the elevator scene, forsen takes 4 minutes to find the hole in the fence to crawl and enter, he also slips on bird poop 4 times and also has 4 iq points, leading him to encountering Vamp and Junior Pliskin, giving him an electric razor to shave. And confirming the suspicion that Snake died during the tanker incident 2 years ago

Bomb defusal

Raiden is given the instruction to freeze all the bombs fatman has placed all over shell 1 using a special radar to detect the smell of the bombs, at this time forsen also gets insecure and BANDS a dono for telling him the truth. Additonally, he somehow managed to miss the M9 tranq with a supressor, making this whole section 10x as hard and painful

During the second bomb, it was located in a hidden door, making forsen struggle with the concept of interactive doors

An actual advice pepega god advices him all over his face on how to proceed with the rest of the game, forsen's character naturally blame shifts it to protect his ego

Forsen in total, spends 14 minutes only on this bomb somehow, despite the answer being really obvious, after he finally finds it, he wastes a chaff grenade, and loses to a door

on the third bomb, forsen seems to struggle with the new controls as climbing and grip mode is still unknown to him, spending most of the time in this section looking for a node for the minimap (despite that he does not use it) dying several times to try and find it and overall wasting our precious time, at this time, forsen finds porn

After this bomb and going after the 4th and 5th, forsen crosses between struts and gets a call from deepthroat, advicing him on the mines ahead, ignoring his advice he goes in and alerts the guards by face tanking a mine anyways

At this time, the 4th bomb is travelling a long a conveyor belt, this was the longest time forsen spent on a single bomb, due to him not being able to wait and locate the bomb directly, this part of the playthrough was so repetitive and boring donators had to ragebait chat to keep his stream afloat, while the 5th bomb is located in the harrier of the same strut's roof

This goes on the same loop getting caught-->hiding-->getting caught constantly with the sole purpose of finding the hidden bomb he is unable to see, forsen accidentally discovers fast travel by getting on a box and travelling to the farthest point in the map he can be and having to travel all the way to his original spot

Forsen was stuck on the 4th bomb for 48 minutes and 51 seconds, the longest of the bunch, and the final 6th bomb,he alerts the guards by not putting his nokia phone on silence, this bomb somehow didnt took him long

On his way to continue the story and find the sensor B, forsen discovers he can jump into the enemies to stun them and brute force his way out

After Pliskin deactivated the last bomb, forsen must make his way through to the activated bomb that was set to go off when all of the dummy bombs were deactivated having only 300 seconds to reach it, he dies and has to redo the whole journey again to the final bomb, dies to a drone on his second attempt, on his third attempt he reaches the elevator down into the last bomb, Pete confesses he was pretending and explodes the last bomb to sacrifice himself (why him cmonBruh)

Forsen deactivates the last bomb with 82 seconds left on the timer.

Afterwards he has to head to the top of the strut F's to find fatman. he gets found 6 times and dies 2 on his way there somehow, Keep in mind he should have the M9 at this point of the game, missing it everytime due to his inability to stay hidden not having time to loot, as the AI adapts to his strategies but he is unable to.

forsen gets detected 106 times and dies 29 times and slips on bird poop 1 time

Fortune fake bossfight

Fortune is a fake bossfight you're not supposed to win against, Surviving against her is easy as you cannot damage her, and she only aims at adjacent enviroment around the player, Forsen somehow manages to die 1 time. This is also the first time Yell Dead Cell theme plays

Fatman bossfight

Fatman's bossfight consists of him placing bombs around the map while also being inmune to damage until he's knocked over, forsen's inability to use first person and aiming made this fight much longer, alongside his late realization that he has to shoot the boss to stun him and do damage to him 2:35:05 to

The rage this bossfight caused him to almost slip

He later discovers a very smart strategy of placing mines over his usual routes while he's running, however he starts to misteriously roleplay as a human mine detector.

later after this fatman takes a time off the bombs and forsen gives him time to recover by not attacking and not interacting with him directly and wasting grenades on the ghosts of his past, He also insists on the use of a non-automatic pistol instead of using a rifle (which he mised several times before)

Forsen then trips on two mines he placed shortly before and dying, afterwards he also discovers that he can cartwheel into him to make him trip and stun him, and his inability to use the menu to use rat ions to heal, as sensor A takes that slot, after defeating him Fatman had saved a bomb up his ass, Forsen figured it out very quickly and moved over his body to deactivate the bomb.

this fight takes him 7 tries

Back to menu incident

Forsen got epicly trolled by Kojima during a terminal to save the game, as Forsen illiteracy makes him unable to read the text directly indicating the option to go back to menu instead of exiting the terminal options

Kent reed

This makes him mald at Kojimbo for trolling, redoing the whole Raiden intro and complaining all the way through

Shell 1 core

Forsen is tasked to find Ames and to infiltrate the core by stealing the enemies clothes and rifle to pass as one of them, however forsen's inability to wait makes this much more harder than it should as it is an habit of the godgamer to ignore the map, During this part, he also finally finds the M9, and trips over some bombs and blows up

He learned nothing from this setback however, and brute forces his way into the checkpoint terminal, and forgets that shots produce sound the enemies can hear by shooting at the bomb controller and finding an m4, and getting an AK to pass through in shell 1, as the enemies in that section use an AK rifle

After struggling with the retinal scanner, he's tasked with finding a directional microphone on one of the floors of the core of shell 1

"DSP" references a MGS2 playthrough where a player repeatedly fails, ignores on-screen instructions or mechanics, then blames game design or developers rather than themselves. - Chat pasta

At this time he gets an advice parrots that indicates him the location of the directional microphone and gets knowledge checked by tripping into one of the guards and removing his disguise and dying in the process

After finding the michael phone, he begins to search for Ames, being constantly stopped by the guards for not having his rifle, constantly ignoring the enemies line of sight until finding ames and a distracting dono

After deepthroat saves his ass forsen alerts the the entirity of shell 1 as the disguise won't work anymore, he escapes shell 1 gets shot by a drone and dies to gravity while crossing the bridge's traps, his current objective now is to find the president in shell 2

forsen is detected 32 times and dies 11 times during this chapter

Shell 2

Forsen discovers he can use fast travel but quickly abandons the idea as he cannot stop himself from running into the enemy line of sight, at the bridge connection shell 1 and shell 2, Pliskin advices him to shoot the bomb's control unit, walks into them after destroying only 3 of them and ignores the Colonel advice

Advice ForsenNotLookingAtYou

Forsen proceeds to shoot without getting a sniper rifle first, just like he did with the sniper wolf section as he doesn't want to think to get it, He then continues to maxLevel into the bombs again 6 more times. Something the game prevents you from doing is aiming at the UAV patrolling the area with a bomb attached to it unless you have a sniper rifle, then an advice god informs him on the hidden bomb control unit at the back of the CD case

Forsen gives up trying to shoot at the drone with only the pistol and the rifle, being forced to backtrack all the way to the previous strut to find the sniper rifle

shortly after getting the sniper rifle he alerts the guards and dies, making his way to the connecting bridge once again, he then starts shooting the flag located at the left of the building due to his resemblance for the flag of the US, this is because he hates the united states of america and human life in general.

Forsen wastes a grenade launcher shot trying to get the imaginary control unit behind the flag and then finds the hidden one, only to blow up anyways

Forsen's desperation only grows as he is unable to find the last control unit so much he has to execute an advice god in the spot for trying to mislead him, and dies shortly after.

Forsen calls Pliskin several time for advice and begins malding at Kojima for not using yellow paint in 2001 and needing the help of an actual advice god to tell him where it is

After the harrier bossfight, it is revealed that Pliskin was Snake all along, and forsen slips 2 times and dies somehow, thinking there was an invisible wall, he then has to travel a very narrow corridor where the floor opens and slips again and dies, after crossing the bridge he manages to get detected despite the very obvious handrails that were there to conceal his presence, somehow slipping yet again, tries to cross the corridor and slips and dies, tries to run into the corridor and then slips again and dies

Afterwards he realizes he has a gun he has to use to progress into the game, however is no use as he slips again.

Then an advice god advices him on the slip advice to progress on the game

After this he finally manages to escape the bridge and slips yet again, blaming at kojimbo for knowledge Czeching him, after this his best idea is to keep shooting despite having no ammo as he still doesnt understand that taking damage is bad and slips again

during this part, forsen also skips the legendary hidden piss scene

After the slipping session, forsen must search for a nikita missile launcher to rescue Donald Trump,this proved to be challenging for the god gamer, as he must traverse a flooded area with limited oxygen, thankfully colonel norrskin reminds him of the controls, during the diving sections, forsen always holds his breathe as a way to RP as raiden.

This leads him to discover the nikita, a tranq sniper and the corpse of Peter Stillman AKA the diffuser guy as he jumpscares him, this confirms the area is flooded because of the bomb he defused, and forsen tanks 2 sea mines on his way

Forsen then proceeds to waste 2 missiles and kills the president

Leading him to waste 3 more, and another one to wake the president up

Forsen is detected 16 times and dies 29 during this chapter

After struggling with vamp's fight forsen now heads out to rescue the Emma, somehow also struggling with the O2 during the diving section and dying and also finding body armor while tanking every sea mine he finds on his path

on his second try he dies again due to a sea mine

Emma scorting mission

The emma scorting section of this playthrough is arguably the most cancer part of this playthrough, showcasing all of Forsen's flaws in gaming understanding, taking approximately an hour and 10 minutes to complete.

at this time, forsen leaves and autodonates himself as to not lose his reputation as the godgamer, the source of this dono has been tracked directly into Cyprus

shortly after this he trips onto his own mine he placed earlier on vamp's arena

After dealing with his period,Forsen hits emma and chokes her for a second so she knows who's really in control and takes her into diver city

the next section of the escorting mission, forsen finds a bunch of cockroaches in the elevator room which emma is scared to pass through as she hates bug, forsen swiftly takes cares of asmon's room ecosystem, hits emma and continues on to the air purification room

in this section forsen must traverse the area while also making sure emma doesn't die, forsen first strategy is to run straight into the enemy line of sight and kill emma swiftly, this is theorized because his screen is cracked where their HP is located at

Forsen surprisingly uses stealth and the M9 to tranq the guards and continue with the mission. This is the only recorded instance in the playthrough where he uses stealth as intended. This prompts an Advice god to come down and help him shortly after.

Forsen is then shotgunned to death and a dono starts a very serious discussion that doesn't lead anywhere because he made his mind way before of playing the remake instead of the original thats objectively better in every way, specially in the artistic vision of the game, this proves forsen is not fit for playing videogames or does not see the artistic value of videogames as a medium.

THEY'RE SNIPING ME HAHAHAHAHA

this part consists of supporting emma cross until Snake helps you, this part is into its own subdivision as it showcases how little forsen understands of the game and his terrible aim, depending entirely on the parkinson medicine to aim at the guards and specifically the UAVs that patrol the area

He doesn't discover that he can use zoom for most of the fight, using exclusively the default zoom, he doesn't discover it until an advice god has to come down and tell him and he's forced to use to shoot at the claymores placed in the bridge connecting the struts

forsen still is not very ammo conscious as he wastes every bullet he has several times, this is not a problem for him however, as the game provides with ammo in case the player runs out, forsen also seems unable to locate emma using the scope and locating the enemies around her.

On his second attempt, forsen remembers how he beat Sniperwolf in MGS1 by shooting around her, this doesn't seem to work as he swiftly wastes his bullets and malds at kojimbo

No one knows what this means currently.

Forsen then, begins hunting for a ghost he sensed in the air, he does this one more time.

this also causes him to believe he can shoot through the pillars, He gets a call from snake to call him when he needs him to shoot something for him, however he never uses this feature and emma dies not long after to claymores, trying to hit the claymores without even zooming on his 4th try, wasting around 40 shots justto get 2 guards and 2 UAVS.

on his 5th try, he blames the devs for not teaching him how to zoom in, as the devs trusteed on the intelligence of the player to figure out a feature so easily accessible, this is the try he finally figures out how to zoom and blames the parkinson mechanic for having to use pentazemin constantly (its not even needed if you zoom in)

Calling it unfun.

Its important to note, forsen completed this section of the escorting mission by only standing, as going prone or just crouching reduces parkinson by a wide marging, making it much harder on himself for no real reason other than refusing to engage with the game

After completing the area, forsen must shoot vamp thats holding emma hostage, however he fails this by shooting around him

After taking emma with Snake, tries to brute force his way into shell core 1 slips and dies due to drones sniping him and repeats the same mistake by slipping and dying. Despite everything he still doesn't know that leaping into an ascending staircase causes noise and Raiden to trip.

Forsen then enters the core of shell 1, tripping a mine convinientely placed there by kojimbo to troll him specifically, finishing this chapter.

forsen gets discovered 19 time and fails 13 times

Arsenal gear

Forsen begins the game naked after a long exposition about Raiden's past as a child soldier, Peppah malds shortly after due to his inability to understand the game's story

Olga freeds raiden and he needs to recuperate his equipment as he's butt naked at this section of the game, doing several carth wheels to try and see Raiden's junk, peppah gets mad at this

colonel starts to glitch out, constantly calling Raiden and telling him gibberish, forsen struggles on this area, despite this whole section being linear

Honestly though, you've been reading this article for a long time, dont you have anything better to do with your time?

forsen resets the checkpoint several times, falls for the same camera and somehow falls dying again, afterwards he enters the next section going through every glitched colonel calls

At this time forsen gets PTSD as a camera appears on screen of a japanese model or weatherwoman, the identity of this woman is unknown, but its enough to scare forsen as it looks like a JAV

The colonel spam calls him until rose progresses the game on a codec call (before this the colonel says rose was cucking him)

Snake comes out of nowhere and gives Raiden a sword and explains how to use it, then forsen is then adviced to hit snake, making Snake attack him and reducing his hp for no reason, Snake then explains to forsen directly he needs to have kids and pass something into the future, however forsen doesn't obey

In this section theres a shootout between raiden & snake against elite arsenal guards, forsen first strategy is to try use the sword and equipo the sword, however he never figures out how to cut bullets and tanks every point of damage he can; Even as he states the sword is a terrible weapon he continues using it.

At the colon of Arsenal, Snake carries forsen throughout the hordes of super ninjas and mails the fission 2 times, snake does most of the work as he actually uses a ranged weapon

RAY bossfight

This bossfight is straightforward, as its based around 3 MGR's at the same time, the player can shoot at the leg then at the face for extra damage, or shoot at the face directly to deal chip damage. forsen discovers this at his third try. and on his fourth try he discovers that missiles follow the lock on even after the missile has been shot. in the middle of the fight he thinks someone knocked the door and goes check, only for his rampant schizoprenia prove him wrong.

At this time forsen managed to waste all his rat ions, and this arena only gives you 1 rat ion to complete the fight.

Keep note that the ray's attacks are usually very well telegraphed and give the player a lot of time to react to them, luring forsen into a false sense of security causing him to ignore the ray's directly on his side for the farthest ones, even so he complains about the lack of healing the game provides for him and insist that some of their attacks are "Anna voidable"

on his 12th try, he begins to spam chaff grenades to disrupt their aiming system directly slowing their firing speed and accuracy

After going back and forth he finally gets to kill 12 rays in a row and continues the game (an hour and a half cutscene) with only 1 hp

Solidus boss fight

Solidus releases Raiden from his handcuff and gives him his sword back, forsen however doesn't seem to know that he's using the non-lethal and weaker mode of the sword, making the intial tries much more slower, he doesn't realize this until his 5th attempt.

Forsen then proceeds to lose to gravity yet again.

On his phase 2, his dash attacks are repetead 2-3 times with the final one being a final leap towards the player, this whole bossfight was really slow as he was unable to figure out how to dodge his attacks despite the animations being really clear.

at one point, forsen manages to slip, and gets outsmarted by the AI and falling to his demise, due to his struggle he gets a very encouraging and kind dono, cheering him to keep going at the last stretch of the game, giving him enough courage to finish the game

forsen dies 7 time on this bossfight.

forsen gets discovered 9 times and dies 25 times and snake dies 2 times at the end of the game.

Harrier bossfight

Pliskin hands Raiden stinger missiles to use on the harrier, forsen first course of action is to tank every attack he can and mindlessly try to attack it

He accidentally attacks the helicopter and proceeds with his tank build, even going so far as to rely on Pliskin for attacking and refusing to use the dodge mechanic, the harrier main attack is to shoot its sustained fire, something that forsen also refuses to avoid by not seeking cover and prioritizing rat ions over dealing damage.

During this fight Pliskin will provide support with ammo and rat ions, and the only reason forsen could beat this fight at all due to his inability to save rat ions forsenBackpack

There's a harrier special attack that bombs the outer area of the bridge, which forsen states its "Anna voidable" to this day no one knows who Anna is and why is she voidable.

he dies 4 times on this bossfight

Vamp bossfight

The vamp bossfight consists of shooting vamp while he's vulnerable, forsen manages to parry several of his projectiles

Forsen early strategy was to place mines and then walk over them on his own, while vamp has an invulnerable aura that will counterattck the player if he attacks while its activated, forsen discovers this late and shoots anyways, paired with his allergy to use the dodge button

Later on, forsen believes he can shoot him while he's diving under the oxygen pool for him to not come out, however his efforts are in vain as he is unable to aim, trying to use the tranq gun instead

At this forsen gets an unaudible dono that no one could understand what it says

"Forsen,I admire your --- stand break ---- do you realize that the roman deck --- tactical -- more like tactical, I admire the game"

Forsen then thinks it can freeze the entire pool with a 5 dollar coolant, afterwards he hops in and dies.

Afterwards forsen thinks he has the ability to time the grenade explosion at the time vamp comes out, later on he finds out you can place mines around the area, this however, proved to be a terrible mistake as his habit of stepping into his own mines trickles in, this also has the indirect effect of trapping him inside the area of his own mines.

Finally after his 4th try, he realizes he can use machine guys to increase his damage output instead of using the shitty socom. Vamp uses an inmobilization device on Forsen but its no use as Forsen defeats him shortly after.

Retinal scanner Shaitan

To infiltrate the Section Ames is located, Forsen must capture a guard and force him into the retina scanner, his first instinct is to fight a door and lose, failing the RP miserably as he knocks a guard, and he's informed that the retina scanner only works on living and breathing eyes

He continues his efforts by leading a guard into the scanner and prompty assesinating him due to his bloodthrist, as he forgot what the concept of being alive and sound means. Alerting the guards and losing his RP and dying in the process.

Forsen then discovers he can drag people and take them as hostage, something he did not knew previously and labelling as a knowledge check. Forsen then tries to bruteforce this part of the game by giving up his disguise and trying really had to force a guard into the retina, even though this garantees alerting the guards, until he finally remembers this is a stealth game and waits a few seconds for a guard to come to him and force him into the scanner.
