IWantToBeABillionaire

In 2023, there was a regular on Forsencord named IWantToBeABillionaire, who would later become known as Christmas Baj. His attention-seeking gimmick was to pretend to be a homeless man begging people for money. He’d often use the hoboL ( ) emote on the server, combined with the :palm_up_hand: (🫴) emoji, to ask people for money.

Unfortunately, despite receiving a couple of dollars from other bajs, he was never going to become a billionaire at this pace.

Founding of the Homeless Server

After a while, another member of forsencord named Snow created his own Discord server called "The Homeless Server" and invited a few regulars from the forsencord. The server and its name were a reference to IWantToBeABillionaire.

Among the most active Literally Who's were users like FCF, Smith, IWantToBeABillionaire, Drae and Atello. It was basically an extension of the usual forsencord shit but with people who are too terminally online to be in forsencord.

The terminally online people like Atello (matasso) were banned from the forsencord following repeated arguments across various "topics channels". He took these discussions very seriously, as he couldn't tolerate the spread of what he considered misinformation, which often led to heated arguments. Eventually, a former forsencord moderator known as "Turtle" permanently banned him for "repeated rule 1 and just constant baiting Sleepge".

So this new server offered a place where people could once again meme, chat, and argue with each other without the politics and mundane bureaucracy and rules of an "official influencer discord" that the forsencord wants to be ( Surely one day the mods will ban the people in the art channel).

After some time, IWantToBeABillionaire decided that he wanted to create a Christmas short story for 2023. He had a yearly tradition of writing a Christmas story, and I swear this is not made up: Which he would then send to random companies via email, asking them to sponsor his video so he could get closer to becoming a billionaire. He had done this for multiple years, however the previous stories hadn't featured real baj voice acting but this time was special, as the story was going to feature baj voice actors rather than his own voice or (eventually) AI-generated voice acting.

Bajs didn’t take his project seriously , which made it more difficult and time-consuming for him to find people willing to voice-act in his story.

The Creation and Promotion of the 2023 Christmas Short Story

Christmas Baj spent countless hours writing the story and even received help from other members of The Homeless Server, whose suggestions he more or less incorporated and definitely didn't reject in favor of just doing his own thing.
There was a lot of back and forth during the creation of the story, as Christmas Baj wanted the voice acting to be perfect and thus rejected many of the samples he received from his voice actors, sometimes even becoming visibly frustrated with them.
In the end, he got into an argument with the person who was supposed to play the role of the main character, “Young Jimmy,” so he had to quickly find a replacement on the 24th of December, just hours before he was supposed to upload the video. Eventually, the story was created and uploaded.

After the story was done and uploaded, the next part of his master plan ( ) was to spam the r/Forsen subreddit, after which he would email companies asking them to sponsor his video. In the best-case scenario, Forsen might even watch it on stream, although that never happened

He then created a new Reddit account named u/IWantToChristmas, which he would use to advertise his story on the subreddit. He would eventually become known as the “Christmas Story baj,” and his reputation was rather controversial.

Reddit wasn’t the only place where he’d advertise his story. He also advertised it in Forsen’s chat itself. His infamous reputation eventually grew to the point where even the livestream chat wanted him banned.

...Christmas Baj was eventually BAND from Forsen’s Twitch channel on multiple accounts:

After more than a year, he finally stopped spamming the r/Forsen subreddit, with his post titled “I just had sex with a woman for the first time (highly overrated)” marking the end of his relentless promotion of the Christmas Short Story. He’d still occasionally post about it, though. Another post pointing this out received over 400 upvotes, a considerable amount by r/Forsen standards. This shows that he had become quite well-known as a micro-celebrity within the community. 

As of today, the story managed to accumulate 4492 views, which, by all credible estimates, would not be enough to make him a billionaire just yet.

Despite his countless hours of work and extensive advertising, his dream of becoming a billionaire remained unfulfilled. 

Nevertheless, he had managed to achieve something else: becoming a recognizable, yet controversial figure within the Forsen community. Whether that was worth the effort remains debatable.
