Pepega

Wesker U also known as Whiskas / Pepega Guy / WeskerPro, is one of the most notorious Forsen stream-snipers, known for his multiple appearances during multiplayer games. He is mostly characterized for his voice and way of talking which fits his personification of the Pepega emote.

\"H.\"

- WeskerU

He is also one of the few confirmed stream-snipers (Maybe even the only!) to be in Forsen's Steam friend list, working as a bridge between Forsen and the rest of the retards trying to fill his lobbies during \"LIDL\" multiplayer games, which are characterized for having a consistent lack of regular players, due to their questionable quality.

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:none;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;clear:both\">

Mistaken identity

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:inline-end;margin-inline-start:16px;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;width:550px;min-width:16px;min-height:16px\">

Despite popular belief he is not the same stream-sniper as the one shown in \"Forsen plays Fallout 76 with his Pepega Friend\" one of the most popular videos in the Forsen youtube channel (ForsenTV) previous to his deletion.

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:none;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;clear:both\">

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:inline-end;margin-inline-start:16px;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;width:550px;min-width:16px;min-height:16px\">

Later in 2021 during a livestream in Velcuz's channel he would admit that he unwillingly took his place, due to the similarity in the sound of their voices, and the fact that the stream-sniper in the video \"Hosterss\" only sniped forsen in that particular game.

Wesker would also clarify this in multiple occasions in the Forsen's subreddit:

\"that is true, i wasnt hosterss, our voices are just happened to be similary autistic, As far as i know this guy only sniped in fallout
76 and never before or again\"

- Wesker on r/forsen

\"I just happened to sound retarded enough to be Pepega voice, but i didnt create the meme itself. Someone started saying FORSAAAAAN first time in the pubg, and then in fallout 76 hosters entertained everyone by being a Pepega. I just kinda picked it up in pubg and atlas days, didnt get to snipe in fo76 tho. I thought i can do well enough with it and so i continued being retarded ever since Okayga\"

Wesker would make his first notable appearance during forsen's first ATLAS playthrough on December 22nd 2018, and even though this technically was not his debut in the stream, would be the first in which viewers got to hear his voice.

On April 3rd 2024 forsen and Wesker (along with BossOfThisGym and FarbrorBarbro) played \"Content Warning\" a game that features a recording mechanic that captures gameplay and presents it to the players at the end of the game. Here is some exclusive footage from Mr. Pepega himself:

Hello, forsen.wiki user! It's me. Today is September 26th of 2026. They captured me and forced me to answer some retarded questions before letting me go... so here we go.

- Wesker, September 26th of 2026

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:none;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;clear:both\">

1. How did you find Forsen? Do you remember how did you stumble upon his stream?

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:inline-end;margin-inline-start:16px;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;width:320px;height:64px;min-width:16px;min-height:16px\">
\"I started watching twitch around like 2014 and i was interested in Hearthstone because it was just released. So i checked out few streamers found Amaz and starting watching him and trough Amaz i found out about Forsen. And Forsen was retarded, his chat was retarded spamming some gay emotes and stuff like that i felt right at home. Playing PlugDJ with this weird ass music, i liked it for some reason[...].

2. Previous to the interview, you mentioned sniping Forsen in Dark Souls II back in 2016. Was this the actual first time you sniped him?

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:inline-start;margin-inline-end:16px;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;width:600px;min-width:16px;min-height:16px\">

Wesker sniping Forsen as \"4Head LUL\"

\"Yeah, I think this was the first time. Probably there was some previous attempts, but this is the one that I can at least remember, I guess we can call it the earliest one.\"

3. I noticed people spamming \"live?\" in your chat. Does this mean that some day there is the possibility of you doing a legendary live stream?

br:only-child)]:hidden\" style=\"float:inline-end;margin-inline-start:16px;box-shadow:;overflow:hidden;width:320px;height:64px;min-width:16px;min-height:16px\">
\"I was thinking about trying, but I'm not sure, like... what I'm even gonna do on stream
because i would just play games[...]. MAYBE I'm gonna try it sometime.\"

4. What would you do when Forsen stops streaming? Do you have any other streamer to target?

7. Do you have any special talents?

\"That is fake, I don't really watch any of that stuff. I kinda watched a few popular things like \"Attack on Titan\" for example when i was quite younger, like 10 years ago and shit. But I'm not interested in watching any animes and stuff like that.\"

10. Have you sniped Forsen IRL? What about when giving away his cat, Snake?

I thought i can do well enough with it and so i continued being retarded ever since Okayga\" - Wesker on r/forsen Popular appearances Sniping Mr. Fors ATLAS Wesker would make his first notable appearance during forsen's first ATLAS playthrough on December 22nd 2018, and even though this technically was not his debut in the stream, would be the first in which viewers got to hear his voice. StarCraft 2 After winning a 1v1, forsen checks Wesker's StarCraft 2 profile, where he surprisingly discovers that he managed to reach the rank of Master. \"He is trying to snipe me.\" - Forsen 2022 Chained together One of the most memorable moments would come from this very unforgiving game, as Wesker almost gets banned by sending the players back at the starting area of the game and making the old man very mald. RV There Yet? The previous one would not be the only instance in which forsen seriously consider permanently banning Wesker. As seen here the hobo gets jealous of the insane driving skills of Mr. Whiskas (notice forsen's neck worm when he gets angry). Content Warning On April 3rd 2024 forsen and Wesker (along with BossOfThisGym and FarbrorBarbro) played \"Content Warning\" a game that features a recording mechanic that captures gameplay and presents it to the players at the end of the game. Here is some exclusive footage from Mr. Pepega himself: Jackbox Party Packs Wesker shows his massive improvisational skills to the chat. Sniping the Twink of Twitch In March 31st 2022, Wesker made an special cameo during a Sodapoppin livestream while he was playing \"Midnight Ghost Hunt\", pretending that he was trying to stream-snipe the hobo. Sniping the Other Twink - Velcuz Being the CEO of the VCU (Velcuz Cinematic Universe) pepega-man would also make multiple appearances during the years in Velcuz's live streams including voice calls, coop playthroughs, multiple cook-out streams and even an IRL special in the city of Limassol, Cyprus. \"I'm a professional retard\" - WeskerPro, 2025 Wesker gives tribute to the now retired forsen sniper \"Zepopa\" by singing his song during the coop playthrough of A Way Out. \"And you had to fight them?\" - WussyU Here Whiskas shows off his culinary skills by teaching the viewers the proper amount of salt used in an average dough. Mister Pepega shares with chat an hilarious anecdote during the leech subathon on March 10th 2023. Minor Appearances Here's a selection of Wesker U showing up in other places. PC Gaming Show 2020 Thanks to karl_kons for recovering this clip Wesker shared encouraging comments to developers that would briefly show up at the PC Gaming Show on June 13th, 2020. Sadly only forsen's chair reacted to the stream snipe and no reaction from the chairsen himself so you'll just have to use your imagination and imagine a handsome hobo reacting in the bottom right. #PCGamingShow Wow such an amazing future for gaming :) watching show with my grandpa Sebastian [...] Summer Game Fest 2021 He managed to do it again the next year during the \"/twitchgaming gathering\" event on June 12th, 2021 showing up during the hobo livestream. Wow this robot is so cool Barold: Inferno Released officially on Steam the 22nd of March, 2024 here we can find a very familiar green looking character, with a Oscar winning performance. The hobo himself played the game two days after, the 24th of March. Buying Merch Here the hobo himself gives Wesker a shout-out for getting his t-shirt. How are you supposed to get the ladies if you don't wear it? -Forsen TTS / Text-To-Speech In 2021 Wesker shared samples of his voice to NotAIStreamer (creator of the AI TTS) to help generate an AI voice model of himself, something that was very innovative on the site at the time, combined with the available audio effects this gave donators a chance to make hilarious creations as seen multiple times during the following years. HE IS STREAMSNIPING ME! Coincidentally in the end of 2024 forsen would move to Cyprus, for tax evading purposes, the same place where our beloved pepega resides. This created a new inside joke regarding the possibility of a real life encounter between them as shown multiple times during the following streams. \"I got used to it, he even sniped me in my city now.\" - Whiskas Exclusive interview 2026 Hello, forsen.wiki user! It's me. Today is September 26th of 2026. They captured me and forced me to answer some retarded questions before letting me go... so here we go. - Wesker, September 26th of 2026 1. How did you find Forsen? Do you remember how did you stumble upon his stream? \"I started watching twitch around like 2014 and i was interested in Hearthstone because it was just released. So i checked out few streamers found Amaz and starting watching him and trough Amaz i found out about Forsen. And Forsen was retarded, his chat was retarded spamming some gay emotes and stuff like that i felt right at home. Playing PlugDJ with this weird ass music, i liked it for some reason[...]. 2. Previous to the interview, you mentioned sniping Forsen in Dark Souls II back in 2016. Was this the actual first time you sniped him? Wesker sniping Forsen as \"4Head LUL\" \"Yeah, I think this was the first time. Probably there was some previous attempts, but this is the one that I can at least remember, I guess we can call it the earliest one.\" 3. I noticed people spamming \"live?\" in your chat. Does this mean that some day there is the possibility of you doing a legendary live stream? \"I was thinking about trying, but I'm not sure, like... what I'm even gonna do on stream because i would just play games[...]. MAYBE I'm gonna try it sometime.\" 4. What would you do when Forsen stops streaming? Do you have any other streamer to target? \"I'm probably going to stop watching twitch all together. Back then i used to watch some other people a little bit, but Forsen was the pretty much the only reason i watched twitch[...]. Overall it may just dramatically decrease my twitch watching time if he stops. Probably not sniping no one else[...]. 5. If you were to become an animal which one would you choose and why? \"I don't know, frogs are dank. So I will become a frog.\" 6. What games did enjoy to playing as a kid? \"Kinda played all sorts of shit (Counter-Strike 1.6, Serious Sam, Tekken, Vice City)[...]. When i was really interested in some series of games was when I played Fallout 3, back when it released in 2008[...]. I was really interested in playing that stuff because I never played any Fallout before nor any Elder Scrolls before, it was one of the first RPGs I played[...].\" 7. Do you have any special talents? \"My special talent is very well known. Also I guess I can twitch my tongue in a special way. I'm not going to elaborate about that any further.\" 8. Can you tell Forsen to add me to his friend list? \"He is probably going to ignore this question, but I can.\" 9. Are the rumors of you being a closet weeb real or fake? \"That is fake, I don't really watch any of that stuff. I kinda watched a few popular things like \"Attack on Titan\" for example when i was quite younger, like 10 years ago and shit. But I'm not interested in watching any animes and stuff like that.\" 10. Have you sniped Forsen IRL? What about when giving away his cat, Snake? \"We met in a restaurant, me Vadikus, Kathy and Forsen. He gave Vadikus like documents and stuff we met and spent a couple hours in there. So i guess that counts. And I also met him once again in Cyprus so I met him twice[...]. I kinda proposed to him this idea (to get lunch) and he said, alright[...].\" 11. What does come to your mind when seeing this clip? \"First of all, I got no idea who is that is even. My favorite V-tuber is Forsen anyways he doesn't look like what he is on the cam in real life at all: so i guess he does count as a V-tuber. The only opinion that matter is his, I guess. If people like, me doing my bullshit, I guess I'm glad doesn't matter who says that.\" BAJ QUESTIONS Keep in mind if he doesn't answer a question he most likely already answer it before. 12. Bergman777 asked \"If Forsen is a worm, I'm a worm. Next question.\" 13. Heryin asked \"I don't think i force it. It was a time were I tried to sound a bit more Pepega i guess it was during Atlas and stuff like that. Right now I mostly try to sound like I usually am, sometimes I do stuff like FORSAAAAN, you know a bit more forced[...]. I been sniping for such the longest time I don't try to force anything anymore, I'm just being myself.\" 14. PetTheFuckingBB asked \"I do enjoy friend slops and coop horror stuff, and LIDL games more than sniping in games like: PUBG or League of Legends. They are so time consuming and so little payoff.\" 15. FISHB0NE_ asked \"43 i think, they have different sizes in Europe and America[...].\" 16. Pajlada asked \"Someone used it my voice TTS all those years ago and it sounded funny. The lore is that someone decided to use it as a donation and for some fucking reason use H. I didn't make it, I just picked up since it's my voice anyways and it's just H.\" 17. oldLucke asked \"If i speak... so, next question.\" 18. forsenWiki asked \"Karabast is a premier PUBG sniper, he can't be beaten. I most of the time actually don't snipe in BABAG, because of my knowledge you are required to farm off stream in order to stay in the same bracket as Forsen and i can't be arsed[...] I hate this game[...].\" 19. Xad asked \"I actually did, yes[...]. I played Resident Evil 5 and really liked this Wesker guy so I made this name, i was like a kid back then so it was just stuck and i said fuck it[...].\" 20. Crystal (bajette) asked \"From time to time you gotta throw some stray cats in his direction so he picks them up and gives them away and that is how you meet him. That was the plan all along. Also be parasocial and snipe the same guy for 10 years straight, that also works.\" 21. Weedman (the semen arsonist) asked \"I grew up around too much alcohol maybe that is why. Some kind of damage is bound to happen, so i guess[...].\" 22. glorp asked \"I gotta confess i never played a Pokemon game, besides of Pokemon GO i guess when it was released i play it like everyone else. I don't know i like Magikarp, it reminds me of me. And for RPG class, rogue. I like stealth shit.\" 23. 946ml asked \"I was playing a character back then, since Atlas in oldest times. But the past several years I'm not playing character anymore I'm just too tired of it, so I'm just being myself. But i guess being myself is also being retarded, so that works out for me[...].\" 24. Amayii asked \"Most of the moments in top of my mind come from Atlas again, some very cool timing moments did some retarded shit and played some retarded music, because in Atlas i still used like soundboards. Sometimes you couldn't tell when i was using them, but i did use them and some of them are pretty fun. I guess Forsen adding me to his friend list was one of those, pretty much the pinnacle of sniping. (Talking about baj friends) That would be Velcuz, because he did help me a couple of times in real life, for real i had some trouble some situation and he did help me. I can consider him a friend, even tough he is what he is[...]. Also of course i met Vadikus now in real life too. I've hanging out with EddieHD in his stream. I've been talking a lot with artifact_waiting_room even tough he doesn't snipe anymore. FarbrorBarbro too I've been talking to him quite a few times and overall i think I'm in good terms with most OG people[...].\" To wrap it all up: any last message for the bajs reading this? \"I hope you enjoying this wiki page, all my past 10 years lead up to this[...].\" 👋 Also Related Stream Snipers Velcuz ATLAS ForsenTV References Forsen plays Fallout 76 with his Pepega Friend.
